Ashanti - New Music in 2008Ashanti brings her best game and more on her fourth studio album,
the aptly titled The Declaration, arriving in June of 2008 as the most complete and compelling offering of her career. A soaring
collection of new tracks, penned by the multi-talented artist, the intricately produced album captures her alluring presence
and incredible vocal range. The
Declaration is an impressive rollout of A-list producers, including Jermaine Dupri, LT Hutton,
Babyface, Pharrell Williams, Bryan Michael Cox and others. MORE >>
Sean Garrett – Songwriter,
Producer, ArtistPerforming in talent shows (“I thought I was Michael Jackson,” he says with
a smile) led to a recording contract with Ariola/BMG at age 17. A few years later, having returned to the States, he was about

POWERS BOOK GETTING FANTASTIC RESPONSE
The Music Powers book has been taking the streets and stores by storm in the past couple of months. It is incredible
and remarkable that people are finally realizing the power of this amazing book. Owning a copy and selling a few myself,
I have already witnessed the effect of the book, and it is only in the beginning stages! I suggest that everybody
grab hold of this book.

EZY’S THOUGHT ON THE
GAME ITSELFSince I am back with a whole new newsletter
I have decided to add something new. At the end of each newsletter I will bless yall with my current thought on either the
industry or the world. Currently I think that the industry is having a downfall. Not just mainstream but especially the underground.
I see people networking a lot less and everybody seems to be fed up with their own pathetic egos. This is a bad thing because
without networking with each other, nobody can correctly prosper. We need to put ourselves asides and our own biased opinions
away and work together to make Hip Hop what it once used to be!
